Tips and tricks for using YOUR MOO!
Now you’ve registered for YOUR MOO and have received an email confirming your account has been activated you’ll want to know how it works!
Firstly please only order on the days we deliver in your area which are as follows:
Ilkley / Middleton / Ben Rhydding Monday / Wednesday / Friday with the exception of veg boxes. Addingham / Burley Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday. All veg boxes delivered Thursday ONLY
There is an option for us to block non delivery days but we are trying to avoid this as it also blocks ourselves from adding things like veg boxes in Ilkley on a Thursday or extra deliveries as required due to bank holidays etc. We may be able to arrange delivery on a non delivery day if you contact the office but may not see it in time through YOUR MOO
Once you have logged in there is a blue strip along the top, click on our logo on the left to go back to our website or the moo logo to go back to the moo home page. On the right click on your name to change your email or password and log out, please also email accounts if you change your email! Below this strip there are 3 buttons, click on products to browse our range and add to order anything you want, it will then give you the option to try as a one off or add to your regular order. The orders button takes you straight to this weeks order with the dates at the top and if you click on the arrow to the right of this you can look at or change future weeks. If you click on a regular item in your order it will give you options to change the order for that day, change regular order, change frequency to fortnightly etc. to cancel a regular order click change regular order and put zero on that day and it will then be removed. clicking on a one off product will give you options to change that delivery too.
We are still working on order times for some products through YOUR MOO and they may be available quicker if you contact us direct, here’s a guide of when we order some items:
Longley farm products we order 9am Friday for delivery Wednesday onwards!
Veg boxes we order 10am Monday for delivery Thursday!
Organic milk usually take a few days depending on the day!
We have assumed the email address you have given when you registered is the best to send invoices to and may have replaced an address we already had so just let us know if that needs changing?
The middle button on the home page, statements shows you each weeks order, payments made and your balance on a weekly basis but we will still send you a monthly invoice when due which can be paid in the usual way. There is an option to allow payment through YOUR MOO but it does incur extra charges which we have chosen to avoid at this time.
YOUR MOO is still quite new to us too and we are still making changes to make it easier to use but will keep you informed of any changes as we learn more ourselves and welcome any feedback you may have.
