Christmas Orders and Delivery Schedule 2024

DOORSTEP CUSTOMERS:

If you have a regular delivery due on Wednesday 25/12/24 this will be added to Monday 23/12/24

If you have a regular delivery due on Thursday 26/12/24 this will be added to Tuesday 24/12/24

If you have a regular delivery due on Wednesday 1/1/25 this will be added to Monday 30/12/24

If you have a regular delivery due on Thursday 2/1/25 this will be added to Tuesday 31/12/24

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS:

There will be no delivery Wednesday 25/12/24, Thursday 26/12/24 or Wednesday 1/1/25.

We assume office and retail customers will be closed on these days but please let us know if you need an extra delivery on Thursday 2/1/25?

Residential businesses will have their regular Wednesday and Thursday orders delivered on Monday or Tuesday.

ALL CHANGES OF ORDER OR CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN BY THURSDAY 12/12/24!

If we haven’t been informed otherwise by this date we will alter your delivery as above and order accordingly, we strongly recommend all changes be emailed to sales@candcdairy.co.uk or left on the answerphone 01943 666688 which is also saved as an email, if you prefer to text your milkman on his mobile, this will also be forwarded but please do not ring the mobile with Christmas Orders.

We do appreciate plans can change but please be aware we MUST place final Christmas orders with suppliers no later than 9am Friday 13/12/24.

Each year hundreds of pints of milk are cancelled after the deadline and we receive dozens of messages asking us to let customers know if it is possible to add or remove items, we try our very best to juggle things around given that everything has already been ordered but simply don’t have the time to ring round confirming changes. Replying to an email is much quicker.
